1. General Regulations
Please note that the rules in English may not be entirely accurate and correct. More precisely formulated rules are spelled out in Cyrillic.
1.1. By creating an account, the player agrees to all the rules of this server.
1.2. Adjustments to the server rules can be made at any time, it is the player's responsibility to follow up on the rules ignorance of new rules does not exempt you from liability for their violation.
1.3 The server operates a cumulative punishment system, which means that if you violated the rules once, then for the second and subsequent violations you will get extended period of punishment. It is also worth knowing that the cumulative punishment system is applied and applies not only to the character but to the entire player account.
1.4. It is forbidden to distribute any programs, macros, mods, scripts and modifications that give an advantage over other players.

1.5. It is forbidden to use and hide game bugs from the administration, bypass game restrictions in any way, deliberately use flaws in game, server or site. If you find a bug/flaw/error, you must immediately report to the Support Service in Discord (supportexcellent) or Email ([email protected]).
Punishment: Account ban for 3 days / 7 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
1.6. It is forbidden to use flaws/vulnerabilities in the project/server rules.
Punishment: Account ban for 1 day / 7 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
1.7. Destructive actions in relation to the project are prohibited: non-constructive criticism, calls to leave the server, attempts to disrupt the development of the server, attacks on server resources or any other actions that can interfere with the gameplay or harm the administration outside the project.
Punishment: Abyss for 6 hours. / 3 days / 7 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
1.8. Any harassment / pushing to harass outside the game world (in real life), leaking photos, distributing personal data, etc. is prohibited, which can somehow discredit the honor and dignity of the player / project representative / administrator, for his further comfortable game / staying on the project.
Punishment: Abyss for 1 day (pending review by Admin) / Account ban for 7 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
1.9. It is forbidden to help violators of the project. Aiding them is qualified as complicity and is punished to the same extent as the violator himself is punished.
1.10. A player who has recorded a violation by another player or any other representative of the project has the right to file a complaint with the Support Service in Discord (supportexcellent) or Email ([email protected]).
1.11. The player has the right to appeal any punishment from the administration or any other representative of the project within 3 days from the moment of punishment by sending a request to the Support Service in Discord (supportexcellent) or Email ([email protected]).
1.12. When contacting "Support", the player must adhere to the "Rules for contacting Support". Otherwise, a support agent will close your ticket with a request to re-create and follow the proper rules.
1.13. The support service employee has the right to refuse to process your ticket if the sender has violated the rules of the request/server/project. In case of repeated violations of the rules, the administration has the right to restrict access to the support service / your account.
1.14. The rules of the project / server also apply to any other resources that may be involved in the project.
2. Regulations on Game Accounts
2.1. Transfer of registration data by any means to another User and / or other third parties, including sale, purchase, exchange of registration data, receipt and / or use of registration information of another User necessary for access to Game, including use of account by more than one by person, and / or providing access to account to third parties, including providing username / password. If punishment is applied, all accounts to which the violator logged in may be subject to sanctions for violating the rules on one of them.
Punishment: Account ban 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
2.2. It is forbidden to impersonate the server administration, authorized representative of the administration and/or having a connection with the Administration. Use terminology in the game nickname of the character, the name of guilds, implying a connection with the Administration, including for the purpose of obtaining a game advantage and / or game values. An attempt to create and/or moderately occupy the nickname of a member of the project team (Helper, Moderator, Community Manager, Admin and etc.).
Punishment: Forced nickname change + Abyss for 1 day / 7 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
2.3. It is forbidden to use as a name of a character/login or their parts a symbol (combination of symbols), nicknames that consist only of numbers, nicknames calling to racial, national, religious, social, political hatred, having pornographic content or violating generally recognized norms of morality and morality, containing information of an advertising nature, repeating the existing nicknames of the administration by spelling, means of individualization of third parties, names, surnames, patronymics of other persons. Avoid bringing up topics of politics, religion, racism, Covid-19, terrorism and crime.
Punishment: Forced nickname change + Abyss for 1 day / 3 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
2.4. It is forbidden to use rude obscene and offensive expressions in any direction: in nicknames, guild names, pet names, store names, group search, etc. in a distorted form in order to bypass the punishment.
Punishment: Forced nickname change + Abyss for 1 day / 3 days / 28 days
3. Regulations on Administration
3.1. Formation of the composition of administrative assistants: GM, Support, Helper, Moderator and any other representatives of the server, is formed solely at the subjective discretion of the main Administration of the Project. The main Administration is not obliged to grant administrative privileges to anyone, or continue to grant them in case of violation of this provision by the assistant of administration, or the subjective perception of the main administration about the incorrectness of the tasks assigned.
3.2. In order to maintain confidentiality, the administration has the right not to disclose the details of the actions taken or sanctions imposed against other players, if they exist / do not exist.
3.3. Persons not related to the issue under discussion are not entitled to demand information on the proceedings.
3.4. The administration is not obliged to present evidence confirming the validity of the application of the sanctions provided for by these rules.
3.5. The administration is not responsible for the lost game values of the account if you download third-party software or your carelessness.
3.6. In case that a player commits an act that clearly damages the organization of the game and (or) the game process, but is not expressly specified in the rules, the Administration has the right to impose a punishment adequate to the act committed (up to deleting the account).
3.7. If necessary, the administration has the right to ban not only the account from which there was a violation, but also other accounts belonging to the player who violated the rules.
3.8. The administration / project representative does not have the right to ask the player for a password from the account.
3.9. Responsible for moderating the chat and maintaining order in the game: [ADM] - Admin, [CM] - Community Manager, [MOD] - Moderator.
3.10. The penalties specified in the project/server rules are indicative. The administration reserves the right to choose any form of punishment for any violation, focusing on the severity of the offense, from no punishment or warning to complete blocking on all servers of the Project. If the approximate punishment for the violation is not indicated, the exclusive right to punish the player, focusing on the severity of the deed, remains with the Administration.
3.11. It is forbidden to deception, insult, disrespect, as well as attempts to discredit the administration in any form.

3.12. Blackmail, threats and slander towards the administration/project are prohibited.

3.13. Any publication / disclosure of information about the project, players or administration, as well as personal correspondence, technical or any information sensitive in the eyes of the administration, received as part of the administration / representatives of the project and capable of harming the players / administration / project is prohibited.
Punishment: Abyss for 1 day (pending review by Admin) / Account ban for 14 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
3.14. It is forbidden to provide deliberately false information about the players, the administration, the project (slander), to mislead the administration for the sake of obtaining any benefit (deceit), to discuss the actions of the project administration in a negative way.
Punishment: Abyss for 3 hours / 1 day / 3 days / 14 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
3.15. It is prohibited to interfere with the work of the Administration or any other member of the project staff: Helper, Moderator, Community Manager, EGM, etc.

4. Regulations on game Items
4.1. When buying any game items, the administration is not responsible for your choice, the spent resources are not returned.
4.2. It is forbidden to buy/sell or attempt to buy/sell any in-game valuables and currencies, including the account or character for real money or some equivalent.
Punishment (Buyer): Abyss for 1 day (pending review by Admin) / Account ban for 28 days (possibly a one-time paid unban at the discretion of the Administration, in the case of a paid unban, all purchased game items will be confiscated) / Permanent account(s) ban.
Punishment (Seller): Abyss for 1 day (pending review by Admin) / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
4.3. Transfer and exchange of game values between servers / other projects is prohibited. This violation is equivalent to clause 4.2.
4.4. It is forbidden to deceive / scam players for any game resources. An attempted violation may result in a similar penalty.
Punishment: Abyss for 1 day / 14 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
4.5. In case of receiving valuable items or any other valuable resources, the origin of which is unknown to the player, he is obliged to immediately report this by creating a request to the "Support Service" - [email protected]
5. Regulations on General Chats
5.1. Chat Rules do not apply to private messages. If someone bothers you, just use the personal blocking function.
Rules for which punishment is applied in personal messages: 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.9 as well as 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14.
5.2. Any form of insults, bullying, racism, nationalism, discrimination, religious hostility, and sexism in general chats is prohibited.
Punishment: Chat ban for 60 min. / 180 min. / 720 min. / 4320 min. / 10080 min.
5.3. Any form of extremism, calls for extremism or related slogans, religious hostility in any chats is prohibited.
Punishment: Chat ban for 60 min. / 180 min. / 720 min. / 4320 min. / 10080 min.
5.4. It is forbidden to explicitly or indirectly advertise other games, explicitly or indirectly advertise other game and non-game projects (games, sites, channels, resources, etc.) without the permission of the server Administration. Any mention of a third-party project will be regarded as indirect advertising.

5.5. Agitation/anti-agitation in relation to the server and/or server administration is prohibited: I'm leaving / leave, the server dies / died and other semantic analogues.

5.6. Prohibited: provocative messages against the player related to his real life, family, relatives and other people close to the player.

5.7. Publishing any materials in the game and using expressions that, at the sole discretion of the administration, are unacceptable, including, without limitation, illegal, malicious, containing threats, insults, rude, obscene, expressing hatred, reprehensible on ethnic, racial or other grounds, calling for racial, national, religious, social, political hatred, having pornographic content or violating generally accepted norms of morality and ethics, as well as using incorrect or alternative spelling of words to circumvent the restrictions described above.
Punishment: Chat ban for 60 min. / 180 min. / 720 min. / 4320 min. / 10080 min. / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
5.8. Provocation or pushing to violate the rules of the project / server is prohibited. This rule does not relieve the provoked from liability.

5.9. Threats of violence in real life, as well as threats of causing any harm, are prohibited. Blackmail in any manifestation outside the game world is prohibited.

6. Regulations on Game Process
6.1. We have revised our views on the PvE and PvP system and came to the conclusion that our servers will most likely never be 100% aimed at one of these areas, since the PvP system, including the PK mode, is part of the gameplay. Our main task is to create comfortable conditions for the game that would suit most players. Therefore, due to the fact that not everyone loves only PvE and not everyone loves only PvP, we decided to combine these two game systems and protect those players who do not want it from PK. Simply put, only those players who themselves do not mind PK or battles for large game resources will be subject to PK. In order to exclude the option of killing your character in PK, you need to use locations marked "PvE" for the game.
6.2. The list of prohibited actions against beginners (including players who have a character level and equipment power much less than yours): pursuit and killing in the "PK" mode, finishing off mobs, causing any harm to the character or his pets. Any other actions that will lead or may lead to a COMPLETE cessation of the gameplay for character development: farm, leveling and other alternative ways of development. *This rule does not work for PvP Farm Zones.

6.3. It is forbidden in any way to interfere and harm other players in PvE locations.

6.4. It is forbidden in any way to interfere or harm other players in places after teleportation (excluding PvP farm zone).

6.5. It is forbidden to repeatedly use skills / items / any other functions of the game in order to cause harm and create "lags" for the server.
Punishment: Abyss for 6 hours / 1 day / 3 days / 14 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
6.6. It is forbidden any attempts to redirect discussions of the cost of items / game values / accounts / resources, etc. from game chats, to any third-party messengers / social networks. This will be regarded as an attempt to sell / buy for real money.
Punishment: Abyss for 1 day (pending review by Admin) / Account ban for 3 days / 14 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
6.7. It is forbidden to specifically die in combat arenas in order to enrich other characters.
Punishment: Account ban for 1 day / 7 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
6.8. It is forbidden to enrich the account (farm of game resources) by using third-party software: scripts, bots, macros and other modifications that give an advantage over other players, including the use of software/macros built into the peripherals (keyboard / mouse), as well as any technical modifications or non-standard methods of using peripherals.
Punishment: Account ban for 1 day / 7 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
6.8.1. During PvE [ADM] - Administrator, [CM] - Community Manager, [MOD] - Moderator has the right to ask a question to any player through private messages in the game, and make sure that he is at the computer. The player, in turn, is obliged to respond to his message. Wrong answer/ignore/leaving the game will be considered as a violation of rule 6.8.
6.8.2. If you received a ban and consider it to be erroneous, then in order to carry out a check, you need to provide access to the computer to our specialists, from which you logged into the game before blocking the game character. Any changes to the computer system, formatting, reinstallation, etc. make verification impossible. If these facts are established, the verification will be refused. In doing so, the following must also be taken into account:
— The computer must be exactly the one from which you accessed the game before blocking. If you grant access to another computer, we will not be able to help you and the verification will not be performed.
— The computer must be in exactly the same state that it was at the time the game was launched, when the game account was blocked.
— If you transferred access to your account and your game character, respectively, and third-party software was used by the one to whom you gave access, we will not be able to help you.
— If the operating system has been reinstalled or restored or otherwise modified, we will not be able to help you.
6.9. It is forbidden to use 2 or more personal characters to play at the same time: completing quests, collecting resources, leveling an alt character, farming and other similar actions. At the system level, it is allowed to use no more than 2 (two) game accounts on the server, simultaneously with the first account, the second account is allowed to be used only for trading, transferring items and other actions that do not harm the economy of the server. Using additional virtual machines, other PCs will also lead to punishment.

6.10. It is forbidden to bypass game restrictions, including using other accounts / completing daily activities from more than one account/character on the same day in order to obtain additional game resources, use bugs and vulnerabilities in the game world with which you can gain an advantage over other players or additional valuable game resources that can negatively affect the economy of the game.
Punishment: Account ban for 1 day / 7 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
6.11. It is prohibited to use characters/alt characters who are not equipped with the proper equipment appropriate to the level and conditions of the location in places where it is possible to mine or obtain valuable game resources that can affect the economy of the game world.
Punishment: Abyss for 1 hour (warning) / Account ban for 1 day / 14 days / 28 days / Permanent account(s) ban / Project blacklist.
